This notice explains how aicoach.plus ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

Enquiries: when you use a form on this site we collect your name, email address, the course or service you're interested in, your team size if given, and your message.
Purchases: when you buy a course, Stripe processes your payment and shares your name, email address and purchase details with us. We do not receive your full card details.
Technical data: our server records your IP address and browser details to protect the site against spam and abuse.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide the courses or coaching you buy (contract, or steps before entering a contract).
To keep records of purchases for accounting and tax purposes (legal obligation).
To prevent spam and misuse of our forms (legitimate interests).

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to receive them.

Who we share it with

We use Stripe to process payments, and our hosting provider to run this website and deliver email. These providers only process data on our instructions. Course delivery may use video-call and learning platforms, which we'll tell you about when you enrol.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records are kept for six years to meet tax requirements. Anti-spam rate-limiting data is deleted automatically within a few hours.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages to process payments securely.
