Terms of sale
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a course, cohort place or coaching sprint from aicoach.plus ("we", "us"). Please read them before you enrol. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
aicoach.plus provides online AI training courses and coaching. You can contact us through our contact page.
2. Courses and prices
Each course page describes the course content, format, duration and price. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices or course content for future enrolments, but this won't affect a course you have already paid for.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your contract with us starts when your payment is confirmed. If an invoice has been agreed, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice.
4. Access and delivery
After payment we'll email your access details. Self-paced course materials are available online. Live sessions, labs and coaching are delivered by video call on the dates stated or agreed with you. If we have to reschedule a live session, we'll give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or a recording.
5. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase without giving a reason, and you'll receive a full refund.
- Digital content (self-paced lessons): if you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once you start accessing the content, the right to cancel ends when you first access the course materials.
- Live sessions and coaching: if you ask us to start a service within the 14-day period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered.
To cancel, contact us through our contact page with your name, email and the course you bought. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
6. Missed sessions and transfers
If you can't attend a live session, recordings are provided where possible. You may ask to transfer to a later cohort, subject to availability. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered.
7. Using the materials
Course materials are for your own personal or internal business use. Please don't share your login or redistribute course content. Templates and prompts you create during a course are yours to keep and use.
8. Our responsibility to you
We take care to make our courses accurate and useful, but AI tools change frequently and their output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking AI-generated content before relying on it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party AI services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
